The Role:
Key responsibilities include:
- Install, maintain, repair, and test installedunits and customer-owned products
- Ensure equipment meets specifications, customer requirements, and relevant standards
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Promote the installations and products positively to customers
- Deliver high-quality customer service in person and over the phone
- Conduct user training courses for program participants on the correct use of the devices and program requirements
- Perform job safety analysis to assess and eliminate potential hazards and prioritise safety at all times
- Provide efficient and reliable service that meets customer needs and expectations
- Identify customer service requirements and ensure satisfaction
- Prepare and submit service job sheets promptly for timely invoicing and maintain accurate work reports
