The Role:
In this role you will review the existing, then develop and manage the new distribution capability for the Safety Division. Achievement of sales goals and meeting/exceeding growth and profitability objectives will keep you challenged and engaged.
Channel Sales Manager - Safety Products
As Channel Sales Manager, you will:
- Develop the Distribution Network to provide a viable sales channel structure and coverage
- Identify, generate and develop the appropriate strategies and incentives to drive success for your Distribution partners.
- Motivate and supervise all Distribution partners, agents or representatives that sell your products, ensuring a competent, consistent and well trained distribution channel where both parties succeed.
- Build your team of BDM's and support by December 2023!

Qualifications:
The Channel Sales Manager

- A degree in a management-related discipline or at least 4 years' experience in a similar position.
- Proven track record and minimum 5 years' experience in selling safety equipment ORconsumables .
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent people management and leadership competencies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suiteand an understanding of Power BI.
- Ideally resides in Melbourne - office is in Notting Hill
