Manager – Health Care

Job description:

A renowned HK Group of companies with a subsidiary running health and medical services is looking for a Manager in Health Care to join their team.
Reporting tothe senior management, you will lead the operational teams includingnurses, health worker and care worker in corresponding health care centres.

Critical Success Factors

The Accountability

• Assist to monitor the overall operation of all health care centres, including risk & crisis management and human resource planning
• Implement the standards and guidelines in the operation, including Nursing Standard, Protocol and Guidelines of Disease management, which may require revision according to the license & government requirement
• Oversee the occupancy rate, budgets, P & L and resources management of all health care centres
• Handle all the special cases including legal cases, compliant cases and EC cases
• Supervise and coach the nurses, health worker and care worker in corresponding health care centre
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Certificate of Registered Nurse issued by Nursing Council of Hong Kong and valid practicing certificate
• >5 years working experience in health care centres and >3 years in a manager role or above
• Working experience in elderly homes would be an advantage
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft office and other necessary PC software
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is preferred
