We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to take charge of hospitality and itinerary management for chairman of the company. This role requires exceptional coordination skills, a strong sense of hospitality, and the ability to handle complex travel arrangements and event planning. The ideal candidate will be multilingual and have a deep understanding of block chains and electronics.

Responsibilities but not limited to:

Travel Coordination: Plan and manage all travel arrangements, including flights, appropriate hotels, and venues, ensuring all the arrangements meet high standard

Itinerary Planning: Create comprehensive and well-organized itineraries for executives, including meeting schedules, appointments, travel details, and any necessary documentation

Vendor Relations: Able to negotiate and build relationships with all the vendors

Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing events, conferences, and meetings, including venue selection, catering, and logistics.

Expense Management: Ensuring accuracy and adherence to budget guidelines and tracking finances

Calendar Management: Collaborate with executives to manage their calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Communication: Serve as a point of contact for executives' inquiries and changes.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality when dealing with personal and professional matters.

Problem Solving: Quickly address issues, such as flight cancellations, delays, or changes to itineraries, and find efficient solutions.

Documentation: Maintain organized records of all relevant documents for future reference.

Qualifications:

  • Chinese nationality that can speak fluent Russian and English
  • Bachelors degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years related experience
