The role is responsible to support and maintain the business processes, interfaces, and reports across the Back Office and LaneSide Systems. This roles objective is to ensure that the systems are operating within their performance thresholds, meeting associated KPIs and SLAs, and the transmission and accuracy of all data movement between the company's enterprise applications. This positions tasks will include performing requirement analysis, documenting business processes through stakeholder workshops and work closely with project teams for the translation of requirements into the final product.Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Systems/Science/Engineering (or other IT related fields),
transportation or other engineering fields.
Knowledge of the U.S. tolling industry, federal requirements, and operating policies
Experience in electronic toll collection (ETC)
3 years of applications or IT systems support and working with large data sets.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and application problems.
Knowledge of implementing and transitioning projects into operations.
Knowledge in supporting customer reports and integrations between multiple systems.
Knowledge of designing and documenting business process workflows, business requirement files, and test cases.
Strong data analysis skills
Basic database skills
Work requires professional written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license.
Service Management and/or Relevant ITIL knowledge.
Previous experience in the IT and tolling industries
Previous Business Analyst experience
Previous experience working with complex, process-based integrated systems
