Top Client in need of ERP Director
JOB SUMMARY
The Director Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) has overall responsibilities for leading analysis and configuration of end user applications or systems software created by third parties. While working as a thought leader within the department, this role recommends operational strategies and plans that have direct impact on results. This role also influences and collaborates on key business decisions made by key executive leaders associates and business partners. This individual works with cross functional teams to determine the appropriate departments and enhancement modules for inclusion into the ERP program, such as finance, human resources, supply chain, etc. The Director, Enterprise Resource Planning is responsible for developing strategies and high quality information systems for optimum efficiencies while driving business results through the success of key business partners and corporate functions. This includes building and leading teams of managers, analysts, report writers, educators, administrators, and other departmental resources.
Qualifications:
Educational, certification and/or licensure requirements: Prior working experience of Workday/Leader or Technician within an IT Department/ Applications experience. Lacking leadership experience or no leadership experience at all. Proven Leader 7 years of progressive experience/ EMR
KRONOS/ADP/Workday
Healthcare background preferred but not required.
Great communication skills; Establish rapport and relationships with teams and senior leadership.
As Workday matures, will drop other systems throughout the years --- Change management skills; formulating strategies.
3 years of experience leading teams
Bachelors Degree Required Computer Science or Information Systems; or related field. Would consider candidates with Bach. In other field but transitioned into this field.
