Job description: About the Company: The leading MSP provider in Sydney is looking for an IT Project Engineer. The company has been in business for over 20 years.
We are a small to medium size MSP, approx 50 staff, 70 clients, client size is around 10-300 diverse industry base.
About the role : The role of a Projects Engineer is the effective delivery of client projects from a technical, time and budget perspective, always ensuring client satisfaction.
You have to liaise internally with the Head of Solutions, Project Manager and all business units internally.
Your external clients: All business clients both existing and potential, partners, suppliers, distributors, vendors and any other contractors and their representatives.
Skills Experience: Minimum 4-5 years' technical experience working in managed services or equivalent environments. Strong technical background and demonstrated experience in a senior technical position while working on Level 3 issues. Detailed understanding of the company's product catalogue from a technical perspective. Excellent communication, written and oral, customer focussed, team-worker, who can work systematically and with little direct supervision. Dedicated to the delivery of World Class Services to our clients. Ability to use time effectively and prioritise workload. High attention to detail. Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills. Technical certifications and/or industry experience relevant to our market (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco for example). Australian Drivers License and Car. World Class Service : Ensure the client always comes first and we are doing everything we can to support and maintain them to the highest possible standards. Responsible for the smooth transition of new clients to Centrix via successful delivery of their onboarding project from a technical and customer journey perspective. Working with relevant parties to ensure the successful outcome of disputes, complaints or other feedback related to the Projects Team. Assist management with developing and implementing improvements within the Projects team to benefit our clients and improve our efficiency. Project Escalations and Senior Field Work:
Solutions: Where required, assist the Solutions team with BoM's and other technical activities for clients. Where required, attend meetings for new sales opportunities. Complete IT and security reviews for clients or prospects. Assist with the resolution of tickets allocated to the Solutions team board when allocated to the Projects engineer. Assist in the resolution of technical issues after hours as required. Culture and Benefits:

- Assisting with technical escalations as required from the Service Delivery team.
