HIring Manager said: It is 100% on-site in Ann Arbor. The travel would be to their Springfield, MO site once in a while. An OEM background is necessary, but any ERP experience will suffice.

The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for interfacing with
departments from various brands and analyzing business needs to
recommend changes to current systems or processes, which includes
researching new systems that may benefit the organization.


- Serve as a key liaison to other departments that have specific
business functions.

- Collaborate with other departments to identify, document, and
communicate business needs and provide IT solutions.

- Translate customer requirements into technical design with the
development team.

- Train department end users in the use of IT software. Work
collaboratively with employees across the organization.

- Plan, analyze, and validate business needs - both functional and

- Analyze current and future business systems to determine if they
align with the company goals and objectives.

- Plan and facilitate end user documentation and testing.

- Follow corporate policies and procedures.


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field is

- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or IT Project Manager
is preferred.

- 2+ years of experience utilizing ERP systems is preferred.

- Previous experience in development and maintaining work instructions
and end-user manuals is required.

- Experience in the entire SDLC lifecycle is preferred.

- Experience in creating functional design documents is required.

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively
with a broad spectrum of team members.

- Understanding of core systems such as ERP, WMS, and EDI. Strong SQL

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to map current-state and future-state processes.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Office, and Visio.

- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to team with others
to implement complex projects.


- Occasional travel may be required, to other brand/company locations.
