As a Strategy and Business Consulting leader, you will play a critical role in managing
and further scaling the service lines, in your area(s) for expertise, from a global

perspective. Significant leadership and growth opportunities available in M&A, Data
and AI, Industry, and Functional Practices

As a trusted advisor to boards of directors, c-suite and investors, our managing
directors will take a cross-disciplinary and multi-faceted approach in driving strategic
and operational excellence, process improvements and operating model
enhancements for innovation and growth. You will bring market-leading experience
and stay current on best practices, leading tools, technology, and trends in the field

You will help continue to evolve the way in which we deliver our services for new and
existing clients. You will combine business and technology expertise to define and
deploy disruptive business capabilities. You will serve as a valued source of advice on
relevant transformation approaches, business models, and digital enablement for
clients and your colleagues

Who You'll Work With: our client has offices locations throughout North America, EMEA
and APAC. We are digital natives, operators, who function as global, multi-functional,
integrated teams to support our clients from defining enterprise-wide strategies to
deploying fully operational capabilities.

R E Q U I R E M E N T S

Prior experience as a Managing Director (or equivalent level) with primary client
relationship responsibility and a proven record of growing a practices capability and
revenue in a professional services firm

Expertise in one or more of the following domains: M&A and Private Equity, Data & AI
Consulting, Enterprise GRC; an industry (i.e., Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, Healthcare, Industrial
etc.) or function (supply chain and operations, change management, technology /
CIO, etc.)

Proven record of leadership and a minimum of 10 15 years experience managing and
mentoring high performing teams through business and digital transformations

Structured problem-solving approach w demonstrated aptitude for analytical and
conceptual problem solving

Ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels in an organization

Bachelors degree, engineering or science preferred, with an outstanding record of
academic achievement: advanced degree is also preferred

Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in
English and the local office language(s).
