motivatedSenior Sales Engineer (SSE)to join our US Sales team!

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Sales Engineer with
experience presenting and selling Identity and Access Management
solutions to enterprises and government accounts. The ideal candidate
has an extensive track record of pre-sales engineering experience and
advanced skills to understand customer requirements and communicate the
business value of solving technology problems using IAM technologies.

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will interact with prospects and
customers by providing product demonstrations, deployment setup and
configuration guidance, and technical support to the sales team on calls
regarding our security-focused software products. We believe our Sales
Engineers should take a consultative approach with prospects to quickly
discern their true technical needs. This approach includes asking
detailed and clarifying questions and presenting solutions that target
those needs. You will need to utilize a combination of technical
savviness and business insight to achieve success and earn the status of
trusted advisor. You will be tasked with advising a diverse set of
customers on what is possible using BIO-key security solutions.

You will need to differentiate BIO-Key's solution strengths and
differentiators in a very competitive environment by working at all
levels of the end-user account. This will include CIOs, CISOs, IT
Directors, economic buyers, and decision-makers in mid-large size

Job Responsibilities:

- Be a subject matter expert in all BIO-key security solutions

- Effectively deliver product demonstrations and proof of concepts

- Qualify effectively and present product solutions to customers

- Work closely with the BIO-key sales team to assess business
opportunities and provide knowledgeable technical support on sales

- Craft technical content to show customers how to implement specific
use cases or standard methodologies for new technologies

- Distill and communicate customer needs and product feedback to
Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales

- Independently train BIO-key staff and partners on our solution and
value proposition

- Work closely with the Marketing team to effectively drive new
business opportunities

- Travel to tradeshows and customer locations (typical travel ~10%)


- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- 5+ years of related experience in a cyber security vendor across the
US market

- Experience presenting Identity and Access Management (IAM) Solutions
is a must!

- Proven sales engineering experience with complex software solutions

- Excellent presentation and communication skills mandatory

- Strong time management and organizational skills

- You are a superior communicator with both business and technical

- An ability to quickly and effectively communicate complex technical
concepts via product demo, presentation, slides, and whiteboard

- The ability to react and adjust quickly to changing conditions and
come up with practical ideas and solutions for dealing with

- Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and be

- Ability to work well with internal teams, using all the internal
resources available to support their business

- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
