ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Manage users, data, and security
  • Maintain and configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Community Cloud
  • Test and solve issues for new configurations and platform upgrades
  • Respond and resolve Salesforce support cases
  • Escalate support cases to Salesforce Premier Support and other parties when required
  • Build reports, dashboards, and workflows
  • Communicate with management and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and architects
  • Facilitate the delivery of business solutions
  • Work within agile framework and methodology to enhance Salesforce
  • Create user training materials
  • Understand current business processes

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • 2+ years experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Previous experience with Field Service Lightning and Customer Communities
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce data model and data management best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with attention on the details
  • Ability to think creatively and holistically
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator credentials
  • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
  • BS or BA in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in medical technology or other life science industries
  • Experience using Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodology
  • Ability to be the lead Salesforce Administrator

PREFERRED

  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator credentials
  • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
  • BS or BA in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in medical technology or other life science industries
  • Experience using Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodology
  • Ability to be the lead Salesforce Administrator
