Job description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead business development and commercialization operations in Australia for our mining equipment, technology services (METS) group. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing commercial plans, maintaining strong customer relationships, exploring investment and commercialization opportunities, driving business growth and executing contract deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Develop commercial plans to meet and exceed business objectives.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to retain and generate new business across coal mining and METS sector.
• Explore investment and commercialization opportunities.
• Drive business growth and execute contract deliverables.
• Engage effectively with customers to develop customer-focused, cost-effective, and value-adding solutions.
• Promote our company and our mining application technology.
• Provide support to the team for the management and negotiation of business contracts.
• Work with the team to develop, agree and implement contractual strategies.

Qualifications:

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Management in Australia.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven business development experience in mining or METS industries.
• Demonstrated knowledge in coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Execution and results-focused and able to ensure the highest quality delivery.
• Demonstrated experience in identification and development of new clients and opportunities.
• Commercially astute and proven ability to handle complex deals and negotiations.
• Ability to apply business, financial, and technical strategic thinking concepts.
• Strong attention to details and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal, preferable English and Chinese bilingual.

Salary Min : 140000

Salary Max : 250000
