Full Job Description
You will have the opportunity to assist our Paralegals and Attorneys in progressing our wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic cases through pre-litigation.

Daily Tasks:
Contact clients and families with updates on legal process.
Gather and update case information.
Work with the liens department and Case Managers to ensure case accuracy.
Work with attorneys to ensure court filing accuracy.
Draft legal documents, such as Minors Comps and Fee Waivers.
Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office.

Your Skills:
Paralegal Certificate a plus.
Bilingual in Spanish
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
Detail oriented.

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Experience:
?Minors Compromise: 2 years (Required)
?Paralegal: 2 years (Required)
?Personal injury law: 1 year (Required)
