Senior Case Manager

$35.00 - $50.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
The client is a plaintiffs personal injury law firm with a civil litigation arm. About 95% of the work they do is plaintiff's personal injury and about 5% is civil litigation.
The client is seeking pre-litigation case managers to join our team. We are looking for a case manager who has a strong foundation but is looking to grow and learn how to handle more complex cases.
The case management software we use is Casepeer. Almost everything we do is paperless, so you will need to be comfortable in that environment.
The candidate we are looking for must be comfortable with and must have handled severely injured clients with large policy limits. A properly handled case is when the client is completely satisfied with the level of customer service that we provided and that the clients treatment was more or less textbook.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
Legal case management: 4 years (Required)
Personal injury law: 4 years (Required)
Language:
Spanish (Preferred)
