THE ROLEYou will work closely with teams of Lawyers and Legal support staff on Native Title matters including:
Litigation, mediation, negotiation and advise on compensation applications. Litigation, mediation and negotiation in relation to native title determination applications filed in the Federal Court. Provide advice in the context of native title determination applications. Negotiate, draft, review and advise complex agreements (such as Indigenous Land Use Agreements). ABOUT YOU
- Junior Lawyers up to 2 years + PAE
- Lawyers 2 years + PAE
- Senior Lawyers 5 years +PAE

Qualifications:
Junior Lawyers up to 2 years + PAE Lawyers 2 years + PAE Senior Lawyers 5 years +PAE Experience within Native Title and or Commercial / Litigation and Federal Court experience.Why is This a Great Opportunity:
