Job description:

  • The Senior Auditor will join a dynamic and passionate team, and be responsible to execute various type of engagements (i.e., Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX); financial; operational; compliance; information technology audits) across our clients business units and functions.
  • Plan and execute the SOX program, including the performance of walkthroughs, testing design and operating control effectiveness, analysis of testing results, and rationalization of controls.
  • Interview key personnel to assess business processes and the strength of their control environments.
  • Conduct audit planning activities to develop relevant, risk-based audit scopes. Use the results of these activities to develop an effective audit approach.
  • Design audit programs execute testing procedures that address highest risks for activities in scope in accordance with IAS and IIA Standards. Leverage data analysis in risk assessment and execution of audits.
Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree BS/BA in Accounting / Finance
  • Certification - Professional certification required (i.e., CPA or CIA or CISA or equivalent)
  • 3 to 5 years of prior public accounting or a combination - public and industry, internal audit, controllership, and SOX experience
  • Standards/Regulations - Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, IIA standards, COSO framework, SOX testing, and business laws and regulations
  • Computer/Data Analysis Skills Excel/Word/PowerPoint capability
  • Life sciences industry experience a big plus
  • Data analytics skills and experience (i.e., Tableau and PowerBI)
  • SAP and SOXHUB experience
