*Responsibilities: First point of customer/inside sales contact for existing and potential customers.

  • Provide product marketing, price maintenance, inventory monitoring, and order entry.
  • Increase Sales through service, strategic quoting, and quote follow-up.
  • Liaise with customers, distributors, outside sales team, scheduling, distribution and accounts receivable departments.
  • Assist Manufacturing in product inspection and determining if products meet customer requirements and specifications.


Requirements: 1 - 3 years' inside sales/customer service experience in a manufacturing environment. Plastics product knowledge or industry experience is an asset.

Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Computer literate with Microsoft NAV, Word, Excel, Outlook.

Able to meet deadlines.

Positive attitude, highly motivated.
