Sales Management Manager

Responsible for implementing new Sales Process, which visualizes our sales effort by SFDC (Salesforce dot com - software)

This is a newly created role and themanager is expected to introduce new monitoring system for each of sales account managers activities, pipelines, sales forecast.

A candidate should have more than 10 years sales experience at major companies, where SFDC or any relevant tools are being used to track/monitor sales numbers.

Of course, he/she is responsible to achieve its sales revenue target.

Salary range: Up to 15,000,000 JPY OTE.

Qualifications:
  • 10 years of sales experience at a IT, networking hardware or software company in Japan.
  • Experienced in using sales force software to track / monitor sales activities.
  • Expereinced in sales support or operations a plus.
  • Team player personality
  • Japanese native speaking, reading and writing ability a must
  • English - intermediate - advanced level preferred.
